This is the most common question I get asked about anything to do with self-awareness. It’s a great question for a lot of reasons. First, because the more self-aware we are, the less likely we are to fall for our own lies and delusions. Second, the more self-aware we are, the less likely we are to fall for others’ lies and delusions.
Yes, we are all prone to self-deceptions. A good example is the time we were looking through a window and saw our reflection in the wall. Now that we are aware that we are looking in a mirror, we are able to step back and realize that we are looking at ourselves and not in a mirror. We are able to recognize our own lies and delusions and realize that we have a chance to escape them.
The same is true for some other elements of our life. First, it is important to take the time to know where we are and then to focus on what we are doing. As a rule of thumb, we are not the only ones who fall for others and do what they think is right. We are also the ones who fail to recognize that we have a chance to escape and to learn that we need to not only practice self-awareness, but to be proactive about it.
While we don’t do ourselves any good, it is a good idea to examine our inner dialogue about who we are and whether we are practicing self-awareness. By doing so, we can identify the parts of ourselves that need more self-awareness to learn from. Then we can make the changes necessary to create a life we are proud of.
It’s important to remember that we are not alone in this. Every individual is capable of learning self-awareness. Some of us do it more, some of us do it less, but each of us does it. We all learn from our own mistakes. So it is important to remember that we are not alone. We are not all the same. We are all unique. We are all capable of learning to become more self-aware.
The final time-looping is a bit of a departure from the main story that we were already familiar with. If you’re not familiar with the game, I’m not sure you can make sure you are not using it the right way.
