This is my favorite way to create an impromptu barbecue. Instead of using a spatula, I use a small kitchen knife. I have learned that using the edge of the knife to cut up the vegetables along with the heat of the grill can really get the job done. I also use a snapper hammer for the hardest, toughest vegetables. It’s very satisfying when you get the perfect match.

It’s just the right size for the job, and you can use it for all kinds of vegetables without having to use a chopper. It’s also easy to clean, too, so you can try this with all kinds of vegetables.
I also use a snapper when I need to grind very small carrots. A snapper is so small that you can’t even see it, and it just fits in my palm. The only problem is that it only holds a little bit of the vegetable, so I have to use a smaller, hand-held grinder.
